Raised in a household overflowing with song, Kate trained formally at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance (University of Limerick) and honed her craft playing alongside some of West Clare’s finest musicians.

A staple performer across Doolin’s iconic music venues like McDermott’s and McGann’s, Kate has also toured internationally, bringing her driving accordion tunes and fluid flute playing to audiences across the United States and Europe. Grounded in the rhythmic traditions of County Clare while incorporating dynamic, modern flair, her performance delivers the pure energy of an authentic West Coast Irish pub session.

Anne-Marie Rynne

Born and raised in Ennistymon, County Clare, Anne-Marie Rynne carries a deep lineage of traditional Irish fiddle playing. Steeped in the rich musical traditions of the Wild Atlantic Way from the age of six, she plays a historical family instrument passed down through generations—a century-old fiddle originally acquired by her family in the 1910s.

Mentored by legendary Clare fiddlers including Joan Hanrahan and Siobhan Peoples, Anne-Marie’s playing is defined by its lift, sweet tone, and strong drive. A seasoned performer and regular session leader across Doolin and Lisdoonvarna, her lively performances bring warmth, community spirit, and classic Clare style directly to the stage.
